Standard photo set plus extras, condition notes. Office downloads everything as a zip, each photo named and ready to file.

Install it on the office phone, tap New agency? Create your account, pick an agency code.
Tap Team, add each driver with a username and password.
Drivers install the app and sign in with the agency code. Send the first assignment.

Android asks once to allow installs from the browser. Office staff can also use the web version on any computer.
